ADJUSTING THE ROPE

You can adjust the length of the rope by following these 3 steps:

1/ Using a 3 mm Allen wrench, unscrew the black screws under the ends of the rotation systems.
2/ Cut the rope based on your height (measure the rope with your hands on your shoulders).
3/ Screw the black screws securely back in, checking that they strongly pinch the rope.
