The durability, feel, and sizing
Our designer, Pierre, has created this Swiss ball cover to look stylish in your home!
Which size ball should you choose?
The size of your cover should match the size of your ball. For example, if you have a 21.7″/size 1 or S ball, you’ll need a size 1 or S cover.
To help you pick the right size:
– Size 1 (21.7″):
For users who are less than 5’2″ and weigh less than 185 lbs
– Size 2 (25.6″):
For users who are less than 5’2″ and weigh more than 185 lbs
For users between 5’2″ and 5’11” who weigh less than 185 lbs
– Size 3 (29.5″):
For users who are more than 5’7″ and weigh more than 185 lbs
Why use a cover on your Swiss ball?
1. The cover protects your ball from abrasive floors and repeated rubbing
2. The cover allows you to use your exercise ball every day as an office chair
3. Its coating changes the texture of your ball and is soft to the touch, making it easy to look after
4. The neutral heather gray color will match the decor in as many homes as possible
5. The handle makes it easy to adjust your chair

How should you inflate and use your exercise ball for working from home?
How can you use your exercise ball as an office chair?
1. Make sure your exercise ball is inflated to the maximum recommended size (you can check this using the tape measure sold with your ball)
The correct sizes are: 21.7″ for size S, 25.6″ for size M, and 29.5″ for size L.
2. When seated, your eyes should be level with the top of your screen, your feet should be on the floor, and your legs should form an angle of more than 90 degrees.
3. Keep your back straight.
What exercises can you do to feel good at work?
1. Sitting on it with your back straight is an exercise in itself.
2. Next, try rolling the ball to the right, then to the left, then forward, then backward. This movement helps you relax your back and stretch your lower back.
3. You can also do small circles with the ball or even stretch your legs by lifting them one at a time.
Now you know what to do during your next break
Why use an exercise ball as an office chair?
Sitting on an exercise ball as you work is great for your health and well-being.
But what are the benefits for your body?
1. Relieving your back
2. Correcting seated posture
3. Building pelvic muscles
4. Improving your balance
5. Building your abs
The Swiss ball is a fun way to build muscle without even realizing it!
How long should you spend sitting on your ball?
You can start with 30 minutes a day, then increase the time gradually.
We recommend not spending more than 2 to 4 hours per day on the ball.
This allows you to change your position regularly.
Our advice: If you’re able to work while standing for several hours each day, that’ll be great for your health!
The story behind the product’s eco-friendly design
This ball cover is eco-friendly because its main components are sustainable: “P600 BITON” and “Multilayer backing greige.”
Dyeing uses lots of water, while generating waste in the water from the dyeing vats. To reduce this environmental impact, we only dye every other thread. This reduces our water consumption and our impact on water resources.
A small step for the planet, a giant leap for the gym ball!
Athletes’ recommendation
We recommend placing the handle between your legs for the ideal position!
